Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using SaveToRoam (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and SaveToRoam, operated in Australia.

2. The Service

SaveToRoam is a trip savings and itinerary planning tool that helps you track savings toward a travel goal and generate AI-assisted travel itineraries. The Service is available via savetoroam.com and any associated mobile or progressive web applications.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@savetoroam.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Subscriptions and billing

SaveToRoam is available on a Free plan and a Pro plan. Plan features and current pricing are listed at savetoroam.com/pricing.

• Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on an annual or monthly basis via Stripe.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
• Prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Pro plans include a money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first subscription payment, contact us for a full refund. This applies to your first payment only.
• Outside the money-back guarantee period, we do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Existing subscribers will not be affected until their next renewal.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape or abuse the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.
• Post or transmit content that is misleading, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.

6. AI-generated content

SaveToRoam uses artificial intelligence to generate travel itinerary suggestions. AI-generated content is provided for planning purposes only and may not always be accurate, up-to-date, or suitable for your specific circumstances. You are responsible for independently verifying any travel information (prices, availability, entry requirements, safety conditions) before making bookings or decisions.

7. Intellectual property

The SaveToRoam platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create (trips, notes, savings data) and grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveToRoam is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, travel bookings, or financial decisions made based on itinerary suggestions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.

On termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
