How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your Account page, click Manage Subscription, and Stripe handles the rest. No cancellation fee — you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
How do I get a refund?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first Pro payment. Email us at hello@savetoroam.com and we’ll refund the full amount, no questions asked.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your Account page and click Delete Account at the bottom. Your data is soft-deleted immediately and permanently removed within 7 days.
How do I reset my password?
Click “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page. We’ll send a reset link to your email. If you signed up with Google, there’s no SaveToRoam password to reset — use Google sign-in.
Can I export my trip data?
Pro users can export their full itinerary as a PDF from any trip page. A broader data export option isn’t available yet, but all your trip and savings data is always accessible in your account.
I have a billing question or charge I don’t recognise
Email us at hello@savetoroam.com with your account email and we’ll sort it out. All payments are processed by Stripe and appear as “SaveToRoam” on your statement.
I found a bug — how do I report it?
Email hello@savetoroam.com with a description of what happened and we’ll investigate. Screenshots or screen recordings are always helpful.
