Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open your account page, click Manage Subscription, and Stripe handles the rest. No cancellation fee — you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Card details are processed directly by Stripe and never touch SaveToRoam servers. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the same standard used by major banks.
Do you offer refunds?
30-day money-back guarantee on your first Pro subscription payment. Email hello@savetoroam.com and we’ll refund the full amount, no questions asked. Renewal periods aren’t refundable.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Open your account page, click Manage Subscription, and Stripe lets you switch interval directly. No downtime, no email required.
What happens to my trips if I downgrade?
Your trips stay in your account — nothing is deleted. On the Free plan, your most recent trip remains fully editable; older trips become read-only so you can still view them and track progress. Upgrade back to Pro any time and every trip unlocks exactly as you left it.
